Cancellation Policy
I understand and agree to the following:
• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
• Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in restrictions or loss of future booking privileges.
• Applicable cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
I understand that unexpected circumstances can occur and agree to communicate with Valor Lashes as soon as possible when I am unable to attend an appointment.
